Baddest and Worst service ever

Nightmare worst service experience,I sent all documentation they needed by 12 August to Asanda Qokola Who promised me they were gonna revert back to me in * days with an sms confirmation.to this date,I keep on introducing myself to them and asking if they received my applications.same old excuse throughout"we moved to new building" of Wich I don't know how I'm involved with their relocation.im even doubtful and angry for sending my personal things"Bank Account and my SARS information"because somehow I feel I'm being taken for a ride.
