Bad, slow service

<p>I have a claim for pension which is supposed to pay out to me. All the paperwork was done correctly and this I know by the fact that they have confirmed that it was done. They now say that it will take six month to do the payment which is unacceptable. They are going to take six month to pay out R1200 approximately. I cannot understand that this will take so long. If payments take this long I cannot imagine how many people's lives they ruin by doing it this way. It is shocking. My ID is ********** 213083 for enquiries into this matter.</p>
