Bad service!

Worst customer service experience. Kept telling me i had not sent all documents when actually i had numerous times. The they tell me i have to wait a further 3 months for payout and that they do not have control over it. Absolutely rediculous especially seeing they the ones who caused the delay of weeks. When i complained to CEO I did not even receive an apology!
