<p>Received communication from this place requesting various documents pertaining to my Late Fathers pension fund. All forms were sent through with the relelvent legal stamps, commisioner of oath stamps, etc,etc. No feedback received. Managed to get a telphone number and call to get feedback, the operator spoken to was so rude and ill trained to handle a simple query of "where are we now in the process". The supervisor came along, and the attitude was even worse, I suggested that the entire organisation go on a course of telephone ettiquette and how to handle customers AFTER the required documentation has been submitted. It gets even better, after 4 months of dealing with this ****... I get told that the documents submitted need to have a newer commisoner of oath date and time stamp and police stamp on them, this after all the docs were submitted with the relevent stamps etc at the time of the request. What kind of Mickey mouse operation is this? The website makes it look as if everything is so proffesionaly handled, yet in real life its absolutely pathetic and the people who are supposed to be assisting are even worse. From other reveiews seen on the interent it appears as if this place might as well just close its doors as it is abasolutely incompotent.</p>
