Not a great place to buy online

Not a great place to buy online. I'm not sure what the in-store experience is like, but ordering online is not recommended. They ignore your emails. When they do answer, you're made to feel lucky to be doing business with them. Also, they will try to send you items that they say are "new", but have been unboxed, are shop-soiled in some way, or otherwise defective. If you're going to buy from them, you'll need to be able to inspect the products in person, otherwise you'll probably have a similar experience to me. There are better places in SA to order action figures and statues online.
