Debtor on the run

I would like to warn people about The Dairy Factory, they are a yoghurt manufacturer. They have always bought on a COD basis from Achievochem. Achievochem has a December closure, they asked our Financial Director to help them over this period with bags of starch, as not to runout over the December period. They promised to pay in January. January came and no payment, we phoned them but when they hear it's Achievochem they put the phone down and don't answer again. They cleared out their offices and factory took their machines and left. I believe they have opened up again, I find this absolutely discusting, *********. When I went to their offices, I was told lots of people are looking for the owner as he has taken other businesses for lots of money aswell. Remember the name THE DAIRY FACTORY, discusting
