Poor service from The Daily News KZN

I phoned them on *** , the receptionist spoke very softly, I told her I could not hear her, she put the phone down in my ear. I phoned again and asked her why she had put the phone down in my ear so she put the phone down in my ear again. Very poor service! I will take my business elsewhere.
