Being a tenant means being listened to, well not here at Rand Daily Mail House 173 Main Street and Corner Mooi Street.

We've started complaining about the new tenant from the very first day of moving inn June 2020 and addressed our concerns with the building manager.

The tenant plays loud music and we are currently working from home and we can't do our work as the sound it's so loud that the windows tremble.

This tenant has to be escalated daily and nothing is being done about it except that the formal letter of complaint has been served but again we are still facing the same issue.

The management from the office where we complaint is truly not helpful and this has now inconvenienced us to move early and our deposit being forfeited as a result.

Rand Daily Mail House is making money in this way and I wish to alert anyone who is sold to move in that they are going to be ********** their money as we have been.

To someone who wants to know more about the rental apartments or building's environment, it's best to ask someone who's lived in the same premises and not be fooled by the salesperson who would assure you that you are being taken care of and your needs until you sign up for the rental application and make your payment.

Rand Daily Mail House near Absa Towers or Absa Building as most people know it has been a nightmare and if you have to rent here, know more before depositing your money.

Shocking service and we will always write a review about this building until we move out as we wouldn't like anyone to experience what we are experiencing day in and out and not missing any payments even during these hard times.
