Missing the “human touch”

We this morning went to eat breakfast at the Daily in Woodlands mall. Upon our arrival we could see that they were slightly busy but as soon as we sat down we were handed menus and our table cleaned and that is where everything stopped.

It appeared as if they only had 2 waiters for the entire restaurant and we waited for someone to just come and take our drinks order and we waited and we waited and we waited and guess what? We waited even more. After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes of patiently waiting and nothing happening and us not even being recognized by any of the restaurant staff we decided to leave. This is totally unacceptable service. If your restaurant is getting this busy then why are the managers not on the floor helping patrons? Or why don’t you call in extra waiters?

This makes me really reconsidering if we would like to go back there again.
