Bad service

If I was allowed to give zero stars I would!

The service at the Kathu branch was absolutely horrible, we waited +2 hours for our food and the owner just kept coming with excuses as to why our food is not ready yet. Eventually after 30mins (which was said will be 10) our food finally started arriving some room temp and others so warm you can taste it was just made. (All that time waiting and we were the ONLY table left in the Cafe)
