Warning to others

Shofit Shopfitting & Joinery t/a The Cupboard People are not a cheap cupboard installation company so you would expect proper service. This is a warning to other potential clients:<br> - 50% deposit paid on 03 Aug for 3 bedroom and 2 laundry cupboards<br> - installation scheduled for 01/02 Oct. Had to take 2 days off work <br> - Installers had to borrow my saw and hammer<br> - One of the cupboards were not as per the signed off drawings (they were going to put in a shelf so you could at best hang baby clothes from the rail, which no one found strange). I had to instruct them to remove a shelf before the cupboard was installed. Sales person confused.<br> - Installation not completed as they only work till 2pm on Friday. Was advised they would come on Saturday to finish. No one pitched up.<br> - Been waiting since 02 Oct for them to come back and finish the job. Apparently it takes a special person at the company to install a pull down rail and these guys come to work when they feel like. On 3 occasions we have been told the guys have not come to work on the day they were going to come back and finish installation.<br> <br> Anyway, buyer beware. Once they have your cash you wait for them.
