WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Shofit Shopfitting & Joinery t/a The Cupboard People are by far the worse company I have dealt with. I ordered a simple wardrobe with 4 doors in May with the installation only beginning in August. Debbie's, the project manager, poor communication with the installation team resulted in them coming onsite 3 times only to tell me in the end that what Debbie & I had agreed cannot be done due to structural challenges. Debbie also blatantly **** to my face when she told me that she had never agreed to install backboards inside the cupboard when she told me otherwise in the beginning. Now she tells me that it's better to not add backboards for ventilation purposes. I had to get another specialist to come & complete the work that they failed to do & naturally I asked them for their opinion on their work. In short, I was told that the work is of poor quality. I had different coloured edging & panels on different parts of the wardrobe & the workmanship was below average. Some doors have 3 hinges while others have 4. It was a big mess at the end & one that can easily be avoided. Here's how: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Once you pay them the deposit your time will be held ransom
