No Show

<p>We arranged for Romano from The Cupboard People to come out to our house and provide a quote. I confirmed the day and time with him on the day before. He never pitched up. Didn't answer his phone. I left a voice message to which he never responded. He never called to explain or apologise. I am going with another supplier. This is completely unprofessional and was a waste of my time. </p>
