Beyond Incompetant

We placed an order with the Cupboard Company in Rivonia during August. There was a lead time for certain elements of up to 8 weeks. To date the service has still not been delivered with one delay after another. They make commitments and arrangements that they don't keep to. We currently don't have a usable kitchen and have now told us they will be back next week. Leaving us with a kitchen with no counter tops. They have missed every deadline and commitment that they made. Debbie - the Project Manager - is arrogant beyond belief with a take it or leave it attitude. I doubt her ability to manage her way out a a paper bag let alone the installation of a kitchen. Mails to the management of The CupBoard People go ignored or result in Debbie calling to apologize ... Again!!!! Anyone considering the use of this company should think about it again and again. Do not out you through the stress. The fourth member of our family is now dealing with Debbie as the first three are beyond frustrated. Cupboard People - do yourself a favor and get rid of Debbie and reassess your company objectives. Do you want clients or not?
