Rude Online Customer service!

Had not even purchased from them but enquired about how I can verify they are legit and had such a non customer centric and rude response that I honestly could not shop there. Our purchase was to be large and with today we wanted to make sure all was legit but sadly they need to train their online staff to understand customers!
