Bad service

I went to the Stay easy hotel for work related, I was told my dinner is at the Ridge Hotel. I chose to eat at Cuban coffee inside the Ridge hotel, as I entered the restaurant no staff is welcoming you, no Sanitizing one jugst enter. I picked a table nd I had to wait for a waiter for more than 45mins, I stood up nd went to the counter nd took a menu but still no waiter took a look at me until it made an hour that's where I called the manager then I got assistance after a full 1 hour just imagine.
