Cannot be Trusted - Wrong Colours - False Advertising on Website Great Service Up Front, Shocking Delivery
Placed an order based on the products advertised on their website Different colour arrived. The product is only available in two colours, brown, and grey. Ordered grey they sent brown and then tried to convince me i am color blind. Their own staff admitted in writing that the colour doesnt match what was ordered, but then they spin a long story first about production runs, and then trying to insist that the colour will change over time, like its a miracle stone. in writing confirmed they will send the delivery in a bakkie due to our tight access points and then sent a 6 ton truck Cannot be Trusted

07 Jul 2021, 16:40Following my complaints and my initial review, I have been amazed at the response from the management of this organisation. Its a pity it got to this point, but i am pleased to update my review, the manager, in particular Brett has gone out of his way to try and accomodate us and find a compromise that works for all
