Pathetic service from The Creative Counsel

My D-Link Wifi Router, as supp**** by Afrihost, started giving issues. As Creative Counsel does "something" with Afrihost they were going to arrange with Dawn Wing couriers to come and collect my router on behalf of Afrihost to have it replaced.

It has now been more than 2 weeks and The Creative Counsel seems unable to arrange the basic act of a courier collection. Worst of all they have now simply started ignoring my emails blatantly. Very unprofessional behavior.
