A YEAR WITH NO FEEDBACK

Having been with Vodacom for the past 10-12 years, I had upgraded my phone (as I do every 2 years) in Jan 2018, with Vodacom, and had qualified for their promotions, A R5000.00 travel voucher, and to date-after many empty promises and "we are looking into this" I have simply been thrown under the rug and forgotten! Vodacom conveniently blames this on their agents, The Creative Counsel, whom are equally worse! Stop the blame and take action for what you advertised, FALSE ADVERTISING and EMPTY PROMISES!!!
