WARNING: The Crayfish Guys

I’ve had several experiences with, The Crayfish Guys but my most recent order has left me extremely disappointed. Previously, I ordered from them during busy seasons and received my items without issue, which made me trust them. However, my order placed on August 26, 2024, for R1880.00 has not been fulfilled, and attempts to contact the owner, Ricky, have gone unanswered. I've reached out multiple times via text and phone, hoping for an update on my order or confirmation of payment, but I’ve been met with silence. Even more frustrating is that they continue to advertise their products for sale despite clearly not being able to fulfill existing orders. I wanted to support a local, family-run, customer focused business but have been left extremely saddened by this business.
