****** and bad customer service from The Cradle Lodge

Good Day

We have booked a lodge for 2 night 2 months ago and paid almost full amount however something came up and we requested to cancel emailed Dean he agreed as the cancellation was 2 months before the actual booking date ever since i haven't received my refund and his being ****** calling us "you people" and not taking calls and ignoring whatsapp text so please please do not support Dean as he doesn't seem like he wants to assist black people.
