Bad Management

I booked and paid for 1 night in November 2020. The function I was attending cancelled due to COVID. I requested my refund from Dean. He has not had the politeness to answer my emails,sms or message although he has read them. No correspondence at all.Quite happy to take you money but thats it! Do not support this establishment..bad news
