You FAILED me, even forcing advance payment!

<p>Courier Surgeon found it wise to outsource Bex Express to deliver important documents to me. I was charge for next day delivery, but it never arrived. Apparently they couldn't find the correct address, and instead of calling me for help they decided not to give a damn and not deliver. I had to call Courier Surgeon again just to find out that the persnon who did the booking is on leave. Bex Epress then called me and promised to deliver at 17:00 at a different address, but they NEVER DELIVERED. Don't use Courier Surgeon, don't use Bex Express.</p>
