CourierSurgeon are the worst courier company in SA

Appalling service. They outsource to other courier companies like Dawn Wing & Bex Express & stuff up delivery. They have let us down before & now again - badly!<br> <br> We ordered with Chevarn Baxter on Wednesday last week. They collected in the Cape on Thursday last week for delivery Monday - today. I called to check on our 2 parcels for delivery to Sandton & Cape Town CBD - nobody knew where our parcels were. Ielhaam calls me back later to say they will only be delivered tomorrow!<br> <br> They had FIVE days to deliver 2 parcels to Johannesburg & Cape Town, from the Western Cape. And they couldn't do that!! A donkey would have gotten there faster!<br> <br> They are appalling. You cannot trust what they tell you. They pass the buck every time!<br> <br> Don't use this pathetic courier service because they lie and let you down!<br>
