I had to drop a parcel off for a friend. I didn’t receive the OTP despite me having the waybill information. Ziaan Sechel phoned me and he was very helpful and friendly. It was less of a challenge after our discussion and he provided everything I needed to know that the transaction was completed and that the parcel is en route with tracking capabilities in subsequent messages.
