Zero responsibility for their own faults

We had a package that needed to be delivered, it was successfully collected and arrived safely at their main warehouse. Once loaded onto the conveyor belt where it had to go to the next vehicle for delivery our package fell off the conveyor belt and the contents broke. Courier Guy did not except responsibility for the broken contents as they feel that nobody dropped the box it was the conveyors fault. We had to take the loss although this happened in their warehouse and they saw it on their video recording. I think this is absolutely ridiculous service, this is almost the 10th incident we had for 2023. They accept zero responsibility therefore I will not use them anymore for my company and hopefully this helps clients in the future to avoid the same losses we had.
