Zero customer service

I want to draw the attention of all customers planning to visit The Courier Guy Kya Sands Warehouse regarding a serious issue with the excessively high speed humps in the yard. On August 9, 2025, I arrived to collect my shipment (document number: TCG***1), and while navigating one of these insurmountable speed humps, my vehicle suffered a significant impact underneath, resulting in a leak from the sump nut. After parking, I discovered the continuous leak, which forced me to rush my van to the mechanic immediately after leaving the warehouse.

I cannot be the only one experiencing this problem. The height of these speed humps is not only unreasonable but likely exceeds safety regulations. Despite my efforts to file a complaint and reach out to the warehouse manager multiple times, I have received no response or acknowledgment from the company. This lack of concern for customer safety and satisfaction is alarming. The Courier Guy must remember that without customers, their business cannot thrive. I urge everyone to be cautious and demand improvements to ensure a safer experience for all visitors.
