ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM HQ

used to be very reliable but now not at all. they won't ensure bottles?? I mean then why offer insurance . Top it off instead of telling the truth about hijackings. they blame the sender for the package not arriving at its destination and do not bother informing the receiver! I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is. TELL THE TRUTH AND REIMBURSE THE CUSTOMER! WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE YOU HAVE CAUSED
