On the 10th December 2024, i booked my parcel via courier guy i even paid R217 for shipment, i was promised that they will fetch my parcel on the 10-12-2024, they did not show up, when i called they said not my area why take my money and ignore me, that its not your area since tuesday there been sending me email that said collection attempt to 6Q3P8J THIS MORNING I RECEIVED ANOTHER MAIL gues its almost 4 days documents still not fetched i get another mail said my request has been cancelled without them calling to say what is going to happen with my money since are the one that has cancelled my request. It a first time im using this Courier guys, so unproffessional ******, zero service i will never advise someone to us it, they are *****
