zero accountability and ownership of proven abuse to packages.

Pity there is no zero rating for this one and one star being the minimum.

I had a package sent from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Contents packed the same as the 200odd packages i have received via courier guy over the last 12 months odd.

This specific package contained a 3 thousand rand limited edition resin car kit.

The package was also internally bubble wrapped, paper to shield it from the usual bumps and the kit inside the box is also bubble wrapped.

Courier guy had this package for 3 days and what looks to be nothing short of jumping on the package to even break the a pillars and all supporting the models roof... clear abuse of package can be seen in the pictures sent to them.

the outcome from them, insufficient packaging....

as every care is taken to package the model properly and short of chaining it in a solid metal container i would love to know what courier guy cannot be held accountable for how they treated the package and expect to walk away with a shameful statement like insufficient packaging.

The abuse and ZERO care taken to ensure the package is treated with what the lable states, fragile....
