ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!

I am shocked by their attitude when my parcel was delivered to who know where? They send you a "security pin" I than received a message that my parcel was delivered. I mailed to inform them nothing was received, Their response is to send me the waybill with a signature that belongs someone but me. We than informed them of same. What do they respond well it was signed for so parcel was delivered. The fact that: 1. I had the pin no one else 2. I did not sign or receive my parcel 3. And now they wash their hand off the mistake!!!!

I politely ask if the drive can retrieve my parcel and deliver and they told me NO!!! We have a signature!!! Al they had to add to that was ***** you as a client!!!! We don't need you. You the client is the problem not us "The Courier Guy" because we have a signature. They take ZERO accountability!!!!
