Zandriette (Polokwane Branch) terrible lady

There's an arrogant lady by the name of Zandriette at your Bendor branch (Polokwane) who initially said they cant deliver today then later said they dont deliver on public holidays. Let's say the public holiday was the reason, which is ok I guess, but why was I told the delivery will be today?

It is her poor work ethic & terrible customer service that makes me cringe.
