Your subcontractor is rude and unprofessional

This review is for The Courier Guy's sub-contractor in Polokwane. I'm not sure if it's AWS or RWS but they should know it better. I called last week to follow up on a parcel and I was told it will be delivered on Friday the 2nd of August. I called again on Monday the 5th and spoke to the lady named Viginia and I was told it will be delivered on the 6th Tusday. On Tuesday when I called as soon as they realised it's me they started hanging up. I called several times, they'd ask for my tracking number and I provided it and then the phone will suddenly take me to voicemail. I called The Courier Guy Polokwane branch and I was told the parcel is still in the hub they will talk to their sub-contractor. I don't understand the run around and the unprofessionalism as if they are doing me a favour.
