YOUR SERVICE SUCK BIG TIME!!

I am sooooo disappointed in The Courier Guy's service!! Wil not use you again!! I have ordered presents for my kids teachers and the people I ordered it from rush to finish it off so that they van send it out on Wednesday and i can get it on Thursday (That's why we paid more for OVER NIGHT COURIER) so that I can give it to the teachers on Friday with the last school day!! It is 8h30 Friday morning still have not received anything!! Why do you guys let people pay for overnight if you do not deliver it the day after?? I phoned the after hours line last night, with people sitting me through to other people to assist me the hole time, eventually it went to voice mail!!! you guys suck
