your service is non existant!!!!!

what a great idea!!!! its a pity your service sucks! in every aspect! your site/app is full of bugs, cant process any orders. the locker near me is offline most of the times. and your support system..... not even sure where to start: you can not get hold of anyone. no replies to whatsapps, calls never get answered. and the email responses are from some *********** person who has no idea what is going on! I moved over to use this service because of the pricing and convenience but i rather go back and use my old courier company. beware guys ! you get what you pay for! Pudo is cheap - and it does not work!
