YOUR PARCELS ARE NOT IN SAFE HANDS

I sent a parcel from Johannesburg to Cape Town—a care package for my son at university. Unfortunately, it sustained terrible damage during transit. The Courier Guy has been unapologetic and indifferent, with customer service clearly not being their priority. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions and are quick to cover up mistakes. The quality of their service is deteriorating by the day. TCG used to be my preferred delivery service for both business and personal packages, averaging 6–10 shipments per month. However, I am now actively searching for an alternative courier and will not be recommending them to anyone.
