Your parcel is not safe

This is probably a waste of time as I see Pudo doesn't even bother to reply to unhappy clients.

A part of my Pudo parcel went missing and I have been ignored and sent from pilar to post for MONTHS. There was 0 protocol followed to ensure that my parcel made it to me and no one is taking any responsibility.

Shameful. I am not in the financial position to take accountability for your neglect. Please fix this matter or hear from me again
