Your drivers are pathetic ****s!!

I am so ****ed right now. I ordered at Makro on the 11th of December and today is the 18th of December and I haven't received my package thanks to The Courier Guy pathetic drivers.

They were supposed to deliver on the 13th and they **** and said they couldn't reach me on my phone. The same thing on the 14th happened, they **** again they said I'm unreachable. They never called!!!

I called the call center today and they said I should expect my package in the afternoon. I tracked it the whole day and then boom, they returned the package to the warehouse and said I was not available at the address. They ****, again!! I work from home, I'm available 24/7.

All I want is my money back from Makro.
