You RUINED MY FESTIVE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

I can not even believe it has now come to this for me to have to write a review on Hello Peter after so many calls with you.

I have a shipping for clothing done on 23Dec which was supposed to arrive 24Dec and it didn't. Sunday 26Dec I called to ask where the package is as I needed the item of clothing for next day and nothing Tuesday 28 Dec I called and they assured me it will arrive 29Dec (all this while the line hung up on me twice) this is so much airtime calling you. I called you all day and so did the lady that shipped it called 30th Dec I called around 8am first thing to let you know that I won't be around on 31Dec and I need the package because my clothes for my vacation and week are there. I was checking what time it will be shipped so I can avail myself. A lady called me back and said they will ship my 10am. Mind you all of this they kept saying they are checking with the Operations Manager

After 10 No shipping (I was also waiting for shipping from another company and went through the same struggle with arrival date but they were expecting with their communication and said they would deliver at 12 noon ans they arrived at 10am so I please note not only have you failed I'm also comparing to exceptional service from another shipping company)

Many calls later I came through to Althea who was exceptional at her service. I even shouted at her out of frustration and she handled it well. She called me backing helping me with all the airtime I've spent and put me through to someone who was higher or something like that in Centurion

This person then said they had my number wrong and can they ship 31 Dec, I said NO NO NO I leave in the morning, I won't be here and everything I need is there. He said he will talk to the Operations Manager who sits next to me. He went on to put me on hold for the longest time and then the call cut. Obviously now I'm drained and don't even have airtime to call back.

You have ruined my Christmas Outfit, My friends birthday outfit for 27 Dec, My New Years Eve outfit and lastly my birthday outfit for 4 Jan. I didn't get to wear the clothes I wanted and that breaks my heart. I sit here writing this crying right now how you have promised overnight and ruined my whole festive.

An additional unfortunate thing is I was supporting a small business of a young black female with her clothes and now she has also lost a client through this which is unfair on her because she did her part.

Also how do you guys have my number wrong and called me 3 times, how do you keep promising they will deliver and don't?

I want my item now on 30 Dec tonight. Your CEO can personally deliver it cos I'm really so over your service
