You just dont win with Courier Guy Howick

I tried to pay for a delivery with my bank card on a nedbank card machine at the Howick depot and the card machine for protection reason will ask for a depot pin code number for transaction verification, ( this happens often at other shops) the manager Janine had no idea what that meant and had no idea what the card machines pin number was,she was rude and had no interest in assisting with getting it sorted. I was therefore not able to pay with card and had to draw cash to pay for the service. Surely Nedbank card division would train people who use there card machines if this happens and or train the depot manager in these areas or she should be?
