You did not love to handle my package...

I received a groceries via the courier company and most of the stuff was damaged. May l point out that this is not the first time I have used this service but this time it was really poor service. I asked the driver the way forward and he called his supervisor, 'Alistair ' who was very rude and unhelpful at all. I then ask the driver for another person l could contact and he told me there's is no one else to contact. I asked for a phone number and he said l should go check on his car because he didn't know the number. I should say it's not the first time this driver has been rude but all the time l didn't mind because my parcel would have arrived in good order. But today is the worst service ever and I'll not be using that service again ?
