"You can rely on The Courier Guy" - NOT

Been a client of the Courier Guy for 8 years. Booked a parcel to be delivered same day on Thursday 22 November 2018. SAME DAY. It was a sign board for an important corporate event that took place on Sunday 25th November. Parcel was never delivered. Not one phone call, not one email from them. Spoke to the operations manager Johan. "Oh, there was nobody at that address to take delivery" NOT TRUE. And even if that was true, one phone call and I could've made a plan. But no communication Thursday or Friday. "But I'm sure I sent you an e-mail" NOPE, NO EMAIL. I am a small business trying my best to deliver great service. Now I look unprofessional and ***********. But who cares right? It's just a parcel to be delivered.
