You can NOT rely on The Courier Guy

So I contact their head office by email and explain where I live and what it is I require pricing on. I get a mail from Johan in Sales who asks me where I live so that he can get someone to call me. I explain that my initial inquiry stipulated where I am located and I do not need a call. I just need them to quote me three prices for three different size cartons. fright can be tricky when one looks at actual weight vs volumetric weight. Johan politely sends me the online price list??? I looked at that before I sent my initial email. It is not what I asked for. One thing is for sure: You can NOT rely on The Courier Guy. The "strong customer relations and effective personal service" is really non existent in my opinion. Won't give my business to them EVER.
