Really do yourself a favor and make sure there is no other company you can use. I have a pre-paid account with them. I was very excited, bought extra boxes and stickers and everything i thought i might need....1st 3 Deliveries were great. When it came to the 4th... they charged me over R3,800 for a delivery where the way bill quote was R192.. Needless to say,. After 2 weeks my account balance is still not fixed. Numerous calls and emails... without any success. I assume they expect me to pay in over R2,500 and extra to continue to use my account which I WILL NOT DO. There was sufficient funds in the account for a couple of deliveries I turned to the Ombudsman now, hoping to get this resolved.
