I bought a pots at Ace Groups kitchen ware services as a Christmas present for my wife the parcel was dispatched last week Wednesday but the parcel was send to a wrong person by The courier guy I wasn't called to confirm if I'm the rightful owner of the parcel but parcel was issued to a stranger without my concern I received a pin from courier guy earlier when the parcel was dispatched but not called when the parcel was delivered up to this day I haven't received my parcel of R2400 I've been back and fourth on emails and calls with The courier guy customer care but I'm not getting any progress instead they are telling me to collect the parcel where they left it I even escalated to Ace Group but I'm not getting any joy please assist me my name is Linda Mkhize contact details *** ref number from The Courier Guy UAT3KJSC
