****y Service!

Talk about a useless service provider! Sent my parcel with them on the 26th of October 2021 the parcel is going to Giyani n it was dispatched on the 27th of October even now still out on delivery but never reaches the destination whenever I call their Polokwane branch m told it is being handled by a third party courier which is Bull coz I paid them not the third party all I hear is excuses and lies on top of that they don't wanna refund or bring my parcel it's been 13 days already n the parcel is still out on delivery! M so ****ed!
