XOC and The Courier Guy - The worst experience of any courier company

Made a booking with XOC and The Courier Guy. What an absolutely horrible experience. I have used them many times before but their service has been absolute trash with my last order. I had to pay twice and nearly 2 weeks for one single package delivery.

I placed an order to have a package collected from Germiston on 2 Feb and shipped to South Beach Durban. Firstly, the courier did not collect my order but showed on the system they had collected and for delivery to Cape Town (I don't know how they mixed that up). I phoned and explained the situation.. after nearly 3 days we got them to collect my order to ship to South Beach Durban (we wrote another waybill for them not to get confused). They shipped my package to Somerset West, Cape Town!!! I know geography can be challenging but these are two ends of the country. I phoned them to ask what the hell was going on and was not so graciously told that it was my fault not theirs as the system said Somerset West, Cape Town. I have copies of both original waybills.. Needless to say that the manager I spoke to give two ****s about my query and by now, my client is incredibly upset with the delays in his order. The Courier Guy would not rectify the situation. I had to pay AGAIN over R500 for an overnight from Cape Town to Durban - the package was collected yesterday morning and has still not arrived at my client.. after yet again speaking to these useless and *********** people they have informed me that their "overnight" is actually 48 hrs.

I will never recommend using XOC or the Courier Guy for any business as they don't take any pride in their business or reputation..
