Wrong locker

I made use of the pudo lockers about 6 times, and had no problems. This time I made one mistake by choosing the incorrect size locker, and I didn't know that you can change it on the screen. I canceled the locker, but cant get a refund even though there is nothing in the locker and courier service is not needed. Now I have to buy another locker :(
