Wrong delivery address

I sent a package from bloemfontein to Sandton Johannesburg with the address and information correctly written in the box. The package was sent to the wrong address and not the one i wrote, when i asked them i about they told me that driver delivered the package and i kept insisting the recipient never received it. I then i asked them to go fetch it so it can be re delivered from then they've been sending me from pillar to post anf i want the package back.
