Wrong delivery

So pathetic. They delivered my parcel to an incorrect address and they refuse to collect it from the incorrect place and deliver to the correct address. I don't know how many times I've called, every time I call its either they make false promises or they hang up on me. How do I trust you again? I want my parcel
